This started as a sure-to-die after Week 1 thread about the opener, but it's been carried on so far like Ladainian Tomlinson has gotten ahold of it. Had to rename it.

 

....moss wont do nething for that team...but the vikings are looking strong

 

I dont even watch much football any more but if the Raiders lose a game, I Like It! I just loved John Gruden making the Raiders look like idiots in their last SuperBowl appearance. Maybe the best game Ive ever watched.

 

Just went and looked and its a good start to the raiders season, and as a bonus Mr. Moss lived up to his hype again. LOL [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

Moss had a good game,the Pats are just to strong.

 

.....yuck....i am glad we got rid of him!

 

He makes too much money, and talks too much cr@p to drop short passes. Not to mention the offensive PI on 3rd down.

I'm not a fan of his either.

 

what gets my goat is that the announcers make such a big friggen hype over him....he wouldnt be **** without a good qb behind him!

 

I gotta chime in since i'm a long time Raider fan, and absolute football nut. After watching last nights game i think we will have a solid season. granted they lost.. but i HIGHLY doubt any other team would have won either.. they had to travel clear across the country and play the superbowl champs (who have a long winning record at 38-3) at home, and the raiders hung in there and kept it close almost the whole game. all we gotta do is cut back on penalties and work on the pass defense, cause we have the offense to score points and limiting the patriots to 73 yards rushing is pretty good. and once porter really gets in his grove, we'll be set at WR, i didn't really expect much of him this game since it was pretty much his first game since last season.

personally i'm predicting at least playoffs for oakland..
