Its the title of a long-standing sing along favorite of the Grateful Dead which has fit well as a CB handle, horse name, and other such uses. You deserve extra credit for figuring it out, its admittedly a bit obscure. It would be better if Maryland let me add a space or hypen between the "words" but there's better things to worry about.
