Need help, I have a Kawi 03 Prairie 360. My question is: When I am running my quad, does it charge my battery? I have been given a no and a yes answer. Which is correct. Thank you[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

 

Every car, truck, quad or motorcycle that has a battery has to have a charging circuit to recharge the battery.
Whether or not your is working I can't say.

 

When it's running put a volt meter on the terminals. Should read somewhere between 13.6-14.8 Volts. This means that the battery is recieving some sort of charge but it won't tell you how many amps.

I think it's the Raptors. They wont charge the battery unless the headlight is switched on.

 

Hmm, I thought that was only the 04 yfz...
