Sparky , you have to understand something about Fred . The ride on the short bus is a little bumpy due to it's short wheelbase , and even though his mother puts his helmet on before he leaves the house , he gets helmet-head and takes it off to scratch . It's at that crucial time where protection is needed that the bus inadvertently hits a pothole and poor Freddy bumps his head yet again . WEAR YOUR HELMET FRED !!!
