Maybe the reason it doesn't make sence to you is because it is over your head (to complicated to comprehend) as for the drugs never touched it.

My daily driver is a 91 Ranger 4X4 I bought new for 12K. Over 130k miles on it now. No issues with it I haven't caused, even though I've had off the ground more time than the space shuttle. I've driven through brush and over small trees. The first time I got it stuck I had 300 miles on it.

I also have a 99 Lariet I bought new that I mostly keep in the garage, only 32k mile on it.
