All ATV owners in the U.S. collaboration
#1
A lot of people have seen my Posts specifically on the Street Legalization of ATVs. I listen to people say they want to ride their Quads on the street and yet a lot of those same people don't want to do anything to change it. Talking on a post is one thing but what I want to know is who has tried to push the boundaries and make a change. I am not referring to loopholes in the system. I look at it like this. If we wait for just one person to do all the work then it will take longer to achieve than if we break down into our States and collaborate to change the laws in our individual states. so what I am proposing is that we get together and change this.
I am from Missouri and at present have been in touch with our state law enforcement and state Rep. to change the laws here in Missouri. To my surprise this has never been questioned or really even looked at. I have uncovered all kids of things. The prospect on this end is pretty good for Street Legalization. See originally I am from Illinois and since I moved down here everyone I have talked to says "That would be cool... but you cant change the laws." I tell them that no... I can not but we can. They just lay down and that's that. I really don't get it at all. So if you are a resident of Missouri I would like to also include that, if you are interested in changing things then contact me and I will show you the way. If we work together we will all be on the road in no time at all.
I would like to include that I will help with ATV riders from all the other states to achieve the same. I will help you collaborate and get in gear to make the change. I will give you that some states are going to be more a challenge than others but it can be done. I have already been in contact with my state Rep. to achieve this goal and so far we are coming down to the numbers. I was informed by him and the state troopers that it is an insurance issue holding them back. I am at present waiting for the reply to my solution and with all hope I might have accomplished something. However to secure this in the books I need Riders from across Missouri to join in the debate by going to their area State Rep. and going to work. So as I said before... if you are interested and willing to put time and effort in and see it through then answer this post and I will give you all the info you need to start.
Thank you for your time.

It is possible folks, here in Wyoming it's legal and cheap to do. So, there shouldn't be too much that needs doing in yours. Check into getting a copy of the MV laws of Wyoming or abother state that allows it (Arizona, Utah, etc.) and see if you can apply these laws to your state. Take a copy of them to the state legislators and see what they say. If you have a model for them, they may agree and help you. Remember, THEY work for US, we are THE PEOPLE.
