atv painting
#3
There is a flexable Paint used on Car bumper covers and front air dams , but I really doubt if it would work on a atv.. I would suggest go to a body shop and ask one of the painters... not the manager.. they don't always know the trade.

Yes...... Quad plastic can be painted. You can use the same paint that is used on cars, BUT... its all in the prep work. I have been very successfull doing the plastic on my banshee. I will tell you right now that it will not be cheap to do. I am an automotive paint rep for a major paint company and I have used and tested MANY different paint lines. I have had the best luck with ICI Autocolor. second from there would be PPG or Spies Hecker. If you plan on doing the work yourself, expect to shell out alot of $ for products that you will only use once and have alot left over. Your best bet would be to contact a local bodyshop. If you have any other questions feel free to email me
