To me, the best steak is fresh venison tenderloin shared at hunting camp with 3 generations of family and friends...

 

i cant stop buying ribeyes from the local butcher with an occasional t-bone

 

I like just about any and every kind of steak there is.


I like it so much, I am getting the grooms cake at my wedding in July made to look like a steak!

 

favorite steak is like what was mentioned fresh tender loins up at deer camp but when it comes to actual steaks i would have to say t-bone grilled when it is warm outside sipping on a cold beer. i live on a cattle farm so all our steak is home growen and well we got some great seasoning and i got a technique that you can't beat you can cut it with a fork i accidently stumbled upon it but gotta do it again real soon to make sure that it works.
