About how long does it take to break in a Brand New ATV (about how many hour/miles) also is there a general speed that I shouldnt go above to maintain a proper break-in?

Give it a couple of tanks of gas.

Don't ride at any one given speed, varying the speed and rpm is the most important thing. Don't lug the engine or place it under heavy load, avoid WOT, avoid higher rpms, avoid prolonged idle.
