It doesn't have enough wheels on the ground to be considered an ATV under the law here in Michigan. I wanted a Rokon from when I was a kid up until I decided to buy an ATV. They were only 5.5 HP back when I was looking into them and the only "suspension" was a spring under the back of the seat. The idea of having 7 horsepower with a top speed of 35 MPH still doesn't thrill me, even if most models have a front suspension now. If you're looking for one check their website.
