What kind of quad is it? I think you should post this in the Honda section, but put ' need help with cleaning carb on 05 honda??!!!" just an example,

First reccomendation would be to get a service manual. Or at least get a copy of the carb breakdown. Then you'll have a reference to help put pieces back together. Or, maybe just having a better memory than mine would be good.

Welcome to the forums.

Just how desperate??

Its fairly easy to clean a carb, once you've done it a couple of times. We need a few more specifics about your honda to give you a better idea of what needs to be done. I tell you what though, there is a ton of information on cleaning carbs in this forum. If you've never tryed a search, maybe give that a try. Also, try to search the net for a diagram of your carb or for cleaning a carb.

Welcome to the forums andilee.

A service manual is a big help I would look into getting one if you are planning on doing your own maintenance.

I can't believe no one else welcomed you. These guy's should know better

Ronnies has a parts diagram you can look at. Don't know if you're able to copy it or not.
