Default Venom winch problem

Got a venom 2000 lb winch, can't get it to run. When I push the rocker switch I can hear the relay click but get no movement. Any Ideas where to start? It did get towed today about a 3 hr ride, Temps were in the single digits, could it have frozen up? Any help would be great. Thanks Bull

I had the same problem with the same exact winch. Take apart your switch. I found metal shavings inside it and it was throwing off the connections. You can use parts from the plug in switch in the handlebar switch if any parts look broken.

one thing to check is pull the end cap off of the motor and check in there for signs of rust. These winches ARE NOT SEALED, and they will get water damage
