help needed?

when i kickstart my quad cobra aeon revo 2 110cc the kicky stays down have to pull up with hand wont bounce back anyone know how to fix it

Sounds like a return spring has slipped out of position or broken. Not familiar with your quads construction but would suggest you get a service manual for it and follow the instructions therein.
