If your go north east there you will see Toyota manufacturing Indiana.

raptory also in google earth if you put a pushpin on the location and then say send via email or sompin. it will zoom my google earth to the spot

If you follow hwy 41 from TMI you will see one of our rentals that we have a 50% interest in.

 

Here you go. This place does pretty good. We purchased the property in 1993. Ran the business for 5 years and then sold out on a 10 year contract and kept the real estate.

What made it good was we purchased the land cheap built the business and payed our selfs a 10 percent return and then Toyota says they are moving up north and property values appreciated in short order. It was a lot of luck involved in that because we had no idea toyota was going to be a neighbor.
