Its amazing what it does for property values and such and a larger corporation sets up shop.
What made it good was we purchased the land cheap built the business and payed our selfs a 10 percent return and then Toyota says they are moving up north and property values appreciated in short order. It was a lot of luck involved in that because we had no idea toyota was going to be a neighbor.</end quote></div>

It's such a daily thing here anymore I don't even check.
