I have owned my Honcho since ~1987 at my remote AK cabin. I don't abuse it but I worry about wearing out the drive belt. The belt is a Salsbury #704146, does anyone know where to find one. I learned the Salsbury was purchased by Comet and they since went out of business. Mine has the 8hp Kohler engine and does a great job packing 100# propane bottles up a seep hill.

I just bought one and it does not run I'm not sure if I want to mess with it it's got a carb issue and supposably the keyway is broke on the four-wheel drive or something I haven't even dug into it yet but it might be for sale for the right price

I've had one of these in the family since I was 5 years old I completely rebuilt 2 Comet Transmissions on two of these last year after I bought a second one had to have the shaft custom-made at a machine shop nearby I got a good deal of money wrapped up in I'm having three of those made I'd be interested and another one if it has the Kawasaki engine what state are you in
