Has anyone discovered a gas cap that fits the Kolpin flat gas pack that doesn't leak? It takes me several tries with the pos to get on so it won't leak.

 

Get the first generation Kolpin Packs. They don't leak. Montana Jack's has them.

 

Buy a cheap Briggs & Stratton 1. 1.5 gallon can that lid fits perfectly and it will not leak.

Call Kolpin direct they will replace that cap & spout for free. They are aware of the problem and will replace it with a new carb rated top.

I actually bought three of the old style for $50 each direct from them around two months ago. Of course I had asked for a deal. The new style is awsome with a new top, from Briggs & Stratton. Kinda stupid to do that after paying over $50 for a plastic gas can
