Riding Gloves
#3
Well for warmth there are many cold weather riding gloves out there that will work in that capacity..... I have a pair of Moose XCR gloves that are pretty nice for colder weather. They work well down to about 30-degrees or so. Anything colder than that and none of the cold weather gloves will work very well......If you want any kind of warm glove you are going to have to buy a cold weather glove, the others are made for riding in heat and are designed to breath so you won't get any protection from the elements with regular gloves.
As far as regular gloves, IMO THOR makes the best gloves on the market. They last long and are very comfortable, but they are also very expensive.......Expect to pay $40 for a pair of good THOR gloves.....
I also like Fly gloves, very good and well priced. I've had a few pairs over the years, and I have a brand new pair ready for this season.
MSR gloves are nice for hot weather, they breath very well......
Shift gloves are very good, I ran those all last season and they held up well........
