Sounds like there's a story to go along with that. I just pray it doesn't include pictures.

Please enlighten me. How does the demise of a magazine equal "our rights are slowly going away"?

Ok so maybe not exactly rights but with the way that the economy and with the way trails are getting shut down everyday and with the way our machines are being taken away by the Government (IE 50 and 90CC machines) we just keep loosing more and more everyday and this is just one more thing to add to the pile of something we love and to help back up our sport! IMO Quad is the best Mag going hands down and for me this is a major loss!!!!!

Shouldn't this open more riding areas since they'll be needing fewer trees?

It makes sense, logically. Now if we could just introduce logic to politics.

Yes! Way to go Scooter I was waiting for some kind of positive spin to bring my spirits up!
We should name one of the new riding areas after the Mag!

I feel bad for QUAD. I also subscribed from issue 1, and was even published in the readers section twice!

I think the economy hurt them bad because they're relatively new. I also subscribe to ATV Action and they're just as big and well supported as ever IMO.

I liked QUAD, but they went down hill as time went on. I got sick of all their freestyle stuff and MX coverage. Looks like I'll be switching over to Dirt Wheels w/ my ATV Action (been subscribing to ATV Action since '99 (just under half my life!))!

RIP QUAD, you started so fresh, but aged so very quickly!

I haven't heard anything, or received my December issue yet. I received a couple of sets of shock covers over the course of my subscription. They take quite a while to get there and in my opinion, they kinda look like crap! :P. I've never really liked shock covers though.
