Central Illinois is not center of the world people. How many legal trails are there in Illinois? Ok, now how many in Wisconsin. I think the whole state is a trail. So they are trying to pull in people from IL & WI. Also the Chicago area is just better for having trade shows. There are just too many Dummycrats in Chicago, altough it's kind of hardpress to find one but the news keeps telling us that this is a Dummycrat state, go figure.
