I don't think most guys on a sporty can do that. Wonder how many fails they had before they got it down. A wild guess would be, many...

Never been riding in TN, but I have climbed similar walls. Haven't failed yet...

AS for the bottomless mudpits, oh heck no. Of course you aren't getting a 2wd chain driven machine through some of that. But I have gotten through plenty of stuff you might scratch your head in wonder at. Watch a little racer tv sometime. It is amazing what a little skill, some speed and courage(or brain damage!!) can get you through.

i see what you wrote....but i read "size of one's *****" in your text!. what you said is true though. the only thing someone didn't add was the infamous "hold my beer and watch this" or the "betcha can't make it" dare!.
but you're right, skill goes a long ways coupled with speed.
