The TRX 400 looks like it was just pulled from the lake where the picture was taken.. Plus everyone needs to experience working on a basket case at least once in their life, especially one that looks like it's been sitting out side with the carb off for years.

Well now mabey that's not such a bad idea.....years back my son was around 13 yrs old and wanted an atv, I had told him no 3 wheelers but if he saved enough money we could look around. Lo and behold he found a guy that had 3 boxes of parts from various Suzuki 125 4 wheelers. He assured us there were enough parts to build at least one and probably two machines from all there was. For the hefty sum of 50 bucks we loaded it all in the back of my van and we had quite the summer of figuring out what went where. I felt sorry for him and bought a manual for him to help make the job a bit easier.
We worked diligently thru most of the summer and we finally made a complete machine. He did do most of the work, I was there to help him with the truly tuff stuff. Once he had it running he rode it for about two weeks then sold it for enough money to buy a small dirt bike. After that summer there was nothing he wouldn't tackle and try to fix. Probably the best thing that could have happened to him.
