Default Brake Problem... I think

Even though I've mentioned this elsewhere, maybe I'll get a better response here. I think it's a brake problem. This is a Chinese quad (CF Moto 500, 2015). It has 73 miles on it, and this is the third time it's occurred, same symptoms.

Traveling around 20 mph, I drove about a mile, rear end began to drag and sway, pressed on foot brake to stop, it was hard as a rock from pressure. Came to a stop, got off bike and looked down down at rotor. It was literally glowing red. Then later found out the brake line where it was crimped at the engine had popped out. I was not driving with parking brake on. Each time the dealer has pointed the finger at me as if I was ******* it, not so. So back to the shop. Any clues?

If the rotor is glowing then either a caliper piston is sticking or it's a master cylinder problem. Dealer should have taken care of this if they cared enough.

I gotta call today from the dealer. He stated the Manufacturer (CF Moto), advised it was either caliper piston sticking or driver error, riding with my foot on brake. At any rate, they're gonna take a look at it, and order parts. Grateful for that.

They should repair it after being in three times for the same thing! Good luck..
