Default Fouled plug pics...diagnosis please?

Here's what just came out of the old '11 700 Grizz...

The pics indicate some kind of build up on 3 surfaces...the base ring, and on both the electrode and ceramic opposite where the strap attaches. What condition does this suggest?

Also, this article...
How to read Racing Spark Plugs - Dragstuff
indicates since there's no color change in the middle of the ground strap that there's some type of temp problem. Or does this not apply as the article is talking about racing spark plugs?

Thanks

It definitely is not a fouled plug. Is your Grizzly running poorly or something?

Thanks for the advice. Glad to hear they're looking ok.

No issue really I'm just doing maintenance on this machine for the first time and not really sure what to look for insofar as plug color, etc.

A fouled plug will be dark, usually wet and the unit will run poorly if at all. Light tan color on the ceramic section is ideal. Modern 4 strokes rarely foul plugs unless there are some other issues too.
