Default Aftermarket air filter recommendations

Just got a 2000 Suzuki LT-F160 in good shape, little wear...and absolutely no air intake equipment except the air box. A quick parts list price check indicates I will be spending more to get the various inlet/outlet tubes, filter and filter cage, (etc.) than I did on the Quad. Since I only intend to use this for farm chores, I was considering an aftermarket air filter, but was leery of ending up with a cheap P.O.S. disaster that falls apart. Any "been there, done that" recommendations?
Also, If I do end up with a "sock" type filter, is there any typical rule of thumb for re-jetting?

I've heard good things about Uni filters. https://unifilter.com/
