Try www.weinsurefun.com. Two of my buddies had the same problem as you and got insurance through We Insure Fun. Both of them have been happy with the service so far, however, neither has filed a claim against their policy. We Insure Fun in not an insurance company, rather more of an insurance agent. You can also try www.progressive.com as they also carry insurance for atvs.

Hey, we use State Farm as the main carrier. Of course, they have the house and all the normal vehicles too, so I'm not sure if they just threw the 'Cats in to keep us happy or what. Anyway, they've both got full coverage against anything, including theft, so I think it's a pretty good deal. Can't remember now what the rates were, seemed to be pretty reasonable at the time. I want to say around $270 per year for both 'Cats, but can't remember exactly. Fortunately, we've never had to file a claim for the quads with them. We have filed normal vehicle claims and have been well taken care of-with regards to insurance companies anyway. I have had a few claims with both All State and Farmers, which proved to be a real headache, definately not worth the money. I just turned 25 the other day, so I'll probably switch to State Farm for my car insurance too-cheaper rates I hope, now that I'm older!
Best of luck to you though, hope you're able to find something reasonable. While it is a hassel, I think it's worth the money to be insured on the quads anyway.

Keep in mind that your homeowners insurance does cover you ATV in case of theft and liabilty when parked or rode at your house. Additional insurance would be purchased to extend such coverage when the ATV is used elsewhere. My State Farm agent told that she could not compete with coverage offered by Progressive.
