Well, there's some kiddy trying to send me some stupid virus. Not only hotmail detected it, but who in the world would open a file called &quot;refernces.doc<u>.pif</u>&quot; from an unknown sender?
And I have received this crap like 30 times.
I'm sure the dumba** is from ATVConnection or B luetraxx since he uses my zorro@raptor-atv.com adress.

So fool, if you read this, you can stop sending...it goes straight to the garbage.

And everyone else...well...don't open (never) files ending by .pif or .bat, hesitate when ending by .exe (I usually make sure they are from a reliable sender).

Sorry to post this nonATV thread, but that's the only way to reach the stupid sender...and warn other users.

 

Good advise Zorro. I have received the same pathetic e-mails too. Any computer gurus around that can track these kids down?

 

Yeah. that would be cool if he could be tracked...but I don;t really care. As long as I don`t receive these stupid stuff again, it`s ok with me. Some people should get a life!

 

i doubt its comin from here. have you guys ever heard of the sircam virus? its a worm that once it infects a computer it sends it self out to other e-mail adresses. i suspect this thing is the same. check out a virus site...they should have more info.

 

Hey does this E-Mail have nothing in it and no subject? I was getting those everyday in my hotmail account. I set the junk mail setting to the lowest setting and haven't got any since.

 

Nope. It says &quot;Refernces&quot; in the subject line. Yesterday I got 15 of these pathetic stuffs.
