Several years ago, I used polyethylene or UHMW skid plates on two LT250r's, I was quite satisfied since they were about 1/4" thick, and while they deformed if hit, they never bent nor caused any damage to the disc or chain.
Problem is I can't locate anyone making them and would like to get one for a Polaris Scrambler 500. I believe they were made in Canada. Anyone remember these?
Thanks
