Private property and the cops!!!
#11
When I was in my early teens I had permission from this guy to ride on his property and I fully respected the agreement and followed his rules. 17 years after I last rode on his property I purchased my Raptor, I rode over to his house and asked permission again to make sure nothing had changed, he was stunned to have a 33 year old pull up and ask permission to ride on his property, He quickly responded that nothing had changed and feel free to ride where ever I liked excluding over his crops.
Point is to ask for permission and if cops or other neighbors are playing harassmentgames get it in writing. If the owner says no then respect that as well.

HOOOOLY BEEZEBUB this thread is OLLLD!!!.I just wonder how this thread got pulled back up?,I never went back there again, sadly my friend an his wife got divorced shortly after I posted this.I now ride w another friends, friends Xmas tree farm in Wyolusia PA.No I never looked into it,people who had quads told me there was tons of places to ride an there was let me explain.I would never give 1 red cent to register my quad in NJ because Not only can I not ride in legally anywhere I cant even go off road w it.Its pay to play an the goverment is using OUR Funds for other stuff an developement.Isnt this what the goverment considers embezzlment an theft of services etc?Id be more then happy to have a 1000 cc quad Id have to register an be able to go any damn where I please. It use to be if your bike was registered an insured you culd ride in the NJ forest till the DEP,an Sierra club had there way.SO in my opinion any 1 who registers in NJ is an idiot an is giving uncle sam free money!.Look it up its all legit as to what Im saying. We were promised 5 riding areas by 2005 by Democrat eric menendez an still NO legal riding place, buuuuut plenty of home depots, golf courses houses an soccer fields are being built as I type this.Sorry this is long,an while Im at it I will be going in soon w a few freinds an buying land somewhere either in NY,pa or WV an then I wont have to worry bout this anymore hopefully.

ik what its like to be jumpy. I remember when i was so comfortable riding around, like if i saw a car i'd go and show off, but like now...when i see another car, i just like slam on the breaks and go the opposite direction as fast as i can so i dont get in trouble for something..i might not be doing anything wrong, and i know i'm not..but i still get scared, i hate the feeling
