I have painted my frame with a Industrail paint formulated for Farm equipment.. I know its not powder coating, but it fit my budget.. The paint has been dry for three days know.. Is there a big difference in applying the clear coat before the paint is fully dry vs. waiting till it is fully dry.
I don't have much of a choice in my situation, just trying to get an idea of the best procedure..

If they are not compatible the clear coat may lift the base coat easyier than if it where dry.
