Getting 2 new ATVs.. Need a trailer. Aluminum is about $1000.00, Powder coated steel is $695. Is the aluminum worth the xtra $?

It depends on what your pulling it with and how heavy the quads are. They both should last forever
if they are built well.

Buy the aluminum it is worth the extra money, it won't rust. Steel trailers (even if they are powdercoated) will rust, all it takes is a few rock chips and it starts the process. I see you are from NY if they use road salt in the winter, you definitely don't want a steel trailer. I myself am looking for a new alum trailer, I am going to buy a Floe Pro 101, just haven't found the "best" price yet. I can get one for around $875.
