I recently bought some EBC severe duty pads for my atv, they didn't seem to last any longer than metal EBCs. I sent Gary at EBC an e-mail about my experience with these new pads, he assured me that EBC stands behind it's products. Just like he said, EBC sent me two sets to replace the ONE I bought, now thats what I call great service!!!!!

Yes, that certainly is the way to hold onto customers. These days, many retailers can't see beyond the immediate sale & wonder why they always have new customers or no customers!
It's also nice to hear positive remarks about companies for a change.

They need to send me a set. My $90 pads lasted 150 miles! I couldn't find a e-mail address on their site.
