Default Fuel Jugs or dump cans?

I am interested in buying some new gas cans. I'm tired of the blitz crap that leaks everytime I try and put gas in my tank. I am looking at the scribner, VP Racing, Jazz Jugs, and Hunsaker racing dump cans. Does anyone have any experience with any of these? Please help me out.

My questions:
Do these cans tip over and leak during transporting?
These cans are supposed to empty quickly; do you end up overfilling your tank and spilling gas all over the machine?
Do these cans last a long time?
Are they worth the money?
Are they hard to lift and refuel?
Do they leak while refueling?

Thanks,

Default Fuel Jugs or dump cans?

I have 1 Jazz Jug, 2 Scribner's, and 1 RCI (round) jug. As long as they have fuel in them even if not full mine have never tipped over during transport. They empty fast enough, I wouldn't say they're made for speed filling but they do the job just fine. My Jazz Jug and RCI I've had for 8 years, and the Scribner's for 4 years and they all are in great shape. They are worth every penny I spent on them. They can be heavy when they're full but any container holding 5-gallons of liquid will be heavy. None of them leak.

The only complaint I have with any of them is that even though they are all 5-gallon jugs the Scribner's hold exactly that, any more and fuel starts coming out the vent cap where as the Jazz Jug allows for extra space which is great for adding two stroke mix. The RCI is a good jug but I only use it for water. If I was to buy any more fuel jugs they would be Jazz. Hope that helps

Do you like the round jug or the square jugs better for handling and dumping fuel?

I bought a couple of the VP-Racing jugs, and they seem "okay". The threads on the top are pretty crummy, and one of my jugs leaks gas when I pour from it. The other works perfect. I think I got a bad one. Now, I'm dumping gas from the leaky jug to the good one. It's kind of an inconvenience, but I like how sturdy the jugs are. The round ones seem to fit better in my truck with the atv loaded. I've never had one tip over either. I did overfill my quad the first few times, because the fuel flows pretty quick. Once you get used to it, you'll never have the problem again. I just balance the jug on my knee and hold the handle with one hand and the nozzle with the other. Works like a charm.

Thanks for the info on the jugs. I have decided to buy the scribner jugs. Their lids are cnc machined and they come with a 5 year warranty.
