Help stop goggle fog
#11
all, now i'm talking about about the quikstraps, not the goggles or lenses.
am i off base? i cant be by much. the lenses are spendy, the doubles run about 35.oo each and i have 2 sets for the coming winter. really tough outer lens, but the inner lens is SUPER SOFT.
thats how i ended up with my first pair of SINGLE lenses hehe. THe single lens is really tough and i've used only two this summer, and i have to wear bifocals underneath, and follow two younger boys....
BUT reachin up and pulling those goggles loose does the trick. if you wear glasses, you know when they fog up. and since its simple, you can attach them while moving if need be.
here it is ROKO quick straps 12.99 pair Rocky Mtn ATV page 44.
not the goggles!!! they're what 45.00? but worth every cent!!! so i ordered extra lenses from ........ not alba, but the other big place down there......anyway,, theyre pricey but worth it.
and that blue color, i think they call it electron blue, is awesome! almost like polarized lenses. really cool.
see yas...

Bobnkater- Most dirtbike/atv shops have 'em. Quick-Straps by Roko. Iron Pony M-C accesories, Dennis Kirk, Rocky Mtn. ATV, they all have 'em. I see Scott has their own version(may be by Roko. The straps run $14--18 depending on where/how you buy 'em. Mount kits, for your other helmets are $4, so you can use them with any of your helmets. They work GREAT!
What part of Ohio do you ride in? I live near Columbus, but ride S.E. Ohio, Wayne Nat'l. Forest(Athens District)

We just bought our two quads in the last few months. 02 Grizzly for me and 02 Kodiak for the wife. So far we have been riding in our neighborhood (extreme NE ohio). I live in the "boonies" so there are plenty of trails around. My wife and I are planning a trip to Wayne next year with our neighbors. Can't wait to spend an entire week riding and camping.

YES,
Like I said I shave with a little vanity mirror in the shower.I put a squirt of the gel on the glass and rub it on and let it sit .Then I rinse an I have a fog free reflection.I just have never bothered to buy any anti-fog stuff.I am sure it would last longer, but the shave gel will get you by.
