How many of you carry insurance (Liability &/or Theft) on your quad? Got a quote of $600 with a $1000 deductible. OUCH!!

 

I carry full insurance with $500 deductible....... Premium is $271Canadian....... so roughly $175 US .. thats on a 99 AC 500 manual

 

My credit union required insurance when I bought the machine, but I've kept it for theft protection. It also has a little coverage for bodily injury. I don't remember my deductibles, but the policy costs me $137 a year. I insured the ATV with the company that has my home and auto and probably got a better deal. Farmers is who my policy is with.

 

I have full coverage on my 2001 Foreman 450. I'm paying $22 a month which is $264 a year with a $500 deductable.

FULL coverage on blaster is 19/ mo.
Full cov on Raptor is 23/ mo.

My premium is $160 a year for comp./liability...$500 deductable...This policy covers for full replacement value...in other words if I total my wheeler or it gets ripped off...I pay my deductable and get a brand new wheeler. I don't recall my total for liability but I think it is $300,000.

The premiums depends on the size of the motor. I have a 2000 AC 500.

I have heard that in some states it is difficult to get a reasonable premium for wheeler.

Shop around...I wouldn't be without ins.

 

i have full coverage for $130 a year w/ $130 deductable from progressive pretty sweet deal i think!
