Default Overheating Problems

I bought a 295 kit for my 250R and everytime i ride or race for more than 2 hours it starts overheating and running like crap.. i have an inline cooler and i run a b8es plug. my radiator is fine and so is the waterpump. any ideas? Thanks ~ryan

Running lean??? Jet up a notch and see how it does. How do the plugs look?

You could run a b9es for a sparkplug. It shouldn't hurt it cause in my owners manual it said to do that if its running hotter than normal. Put some "Water Wetter" additive in your coolant too. I haven't tried it but I heard it really works.

what about a blaster. or am i **** out of luck cause it's air cooled

You could try richening it a jet size and running a cooler sparkplug.
