Default Unknown Make/Model, help appreciated

Greetings. My dad recently acquired two exact identical quads. They are in extremely rough shape and we are using parts from one to get the other running. We do not know the company that made them or the model as there does not appear to be any clues anywhere on either one. I am posting pictures here as well as information my dad knows so far. If anyone has any information who made these quads, as well as where to acquire parts, help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

PS: If I posted this in the wrong section I do apologize. This is my very first post.

Info -
* Mid 90's Quad
* 2-wheel drive (chain)
* No plate on engine or chassis
* 4-stroke single cylinder air cooled engine
* 125-150cc range
* No spark - possibly ignition modulator, maybe coil
* ignition modulator made by Xianfeng
