kazuma 90 carb problem
This bike runs good with the choke lever all the way up, ride it around everything. as soon as the choke lever goes down at idle it dies. you can open it up half throttle but then it surges and you have to ride it hard to keep if running while flipping the choke lever up and down . any ideas. carb has been cleaned fresh gas. new ngk spark plug, new cdi box, new stator. new battery, new voltage regulator i dont understand it, should i check the carb again idk ?

Having to continue using the choke to keep it running is usually still carb related. Sounds like either jets are stopped up,float needle sticking not allowing enough fuel,or could be water in fuel. This is a common symptom on all machines with carb problems. A lot of people just spray around carb parts and don't take the jets out and clean them, replace worn parts and blow out all air passages.

I had the same issue with a Dinli 90cc that I purchased.
Drained & cleaned the tank and then added fresh fuel.....still wouldn't idle
Removed & cleaned the Carb.......still wouldn't idle without the choke
Removed Carb again and installed a rebuild kit......idled but stalled @ open throttle
Ordered & installed a brand new Carb (35.00)back in Sept 2013 ......still running perfect !!!!
I'm willing to bet the main jets are clogged in your Carb causing the issue.
