Most info I found it made by DW Industries it maybe a Kandi. 3 to 6 seats 1000cc or 1200cc. But has anyone ever seen or know more info about it let me know.

I don't know much about Kandi. Chinese ATV/UTV makers are better than they were before but that's not saying much. They often claim that their engines are main stream makers' products when they are usually poor copies of Honda, Yamaha, etc. The Korean makers are making good solid products now. I'd be willing to take a chance if they were made in So. Korea.
