go to denniskirk, and they are called UNI vents. look in the filter section.. like 6 bucks for a 6 pack or so.. drill a 1'' hole and push them in.

its fine to take off your air box lid just get a outerwear for the filter and for the filter just sitting in there the front part of the lid holds on the filter so cut the lid in half(well a little less than half)and stick the front part of the lid back on and youll be just fine.and 'TRUST ME' you will feal a big difference in power.i run a white brothers pro meg pipe and with the 12 discs and i ran a 150 main jet and moved the clip on the needle down 1...........good luck!!

when you modify the air box .. I have a couple of questions

1. do you remove the snorkle peice or leave it on?

2. do you have to re-jet or can you leave the stock jetting and still get decent gains without hurting the engine?

3. can you adjust the stock jets without having to replace them with after market ones?

1. dont matter
2. you can leave stock as long as you dont modifty it to much
3. dont think so.

best results would be to pipe/jet/mod air box

Does Any one know how to tell which jetting you have? I know for a fact i have a aftermarket jet kit. The guy i bought it off of had no clue which jets where in it but he said he did get a jet kit for it.
Thanx,

if you look at the head of the jet it will say what size jet it is.and nlwarrior you can leave the stock jetting in with some after market pipes but i would change it if you put a aftermarket filter and remove the air box lid.
