how do you adjust the carbretor needlel clip on a keihin carburetor?? How do you get to it?? please help

 

The top should unscrew (where the cable goes in) then you have to compress the spring to relieve pressure from the cable. If you push in on the cable at this point and wiggle it it should slide out. Then look in where the spring was, there will either be some small screws or a single bolt head to unscrew. The needle is in there. There is a small clip on the needle if you move it up it gets leaner, down it gets richer.
