Default CBR600 into Banshee

Hi, first time here. I just wrecked my 94 CBR600 but the engine is still good. My girlfriend wont let me get another bike but she said I could get a 4-wheeler. No, I'm not whipped but my bike scares her too much. Anyway, a friend of mine has a banshee with a blown motor so I'm gonna try to swap my motor into the banshee. It looks like it will fit. Can anyone tell me how hard this is gonna be and what I need to make sure I do? Thanks

Text Well dude I put a 617 Rotax in a Golf Cart
cann't see why you cann't but here's the deal you going to have t do some air intake and carb jetting far as exhaust well the motor is tuned around all of these things. but like I told people with my golf cart deal I don't need 100hp golf cart so if your stock cbr 600 put out like 70 75 hp at the rear wheel you'll never use that in a fourwheeler. Plus are you going to trail ride it or what what if it has a over heating problem which I would doubt. hey good luck ok it's been done just go for it

I've put two cbr600 motors in suzuki lt500 frames they work really well. The lt's have lots of room so it isn't too hard to do. I don't think the banshee would be too difficult if you can do the fabrication. I have seen banshee's with gsxr motors in them so it has been done. What kind of riding do you want to do with it?

My F2 only topped out at about 145. Thats pretty close to how fast I was going when I missed a curve and ran off the road. Scariest Shi* of my life. I've heard you wouldn't want to jump if you got a motor like this because of the weight. Would you only want to drive on the street?

The way mine is setup I ride all over the dunes...You are right about jumping the center of garvity is too far forward for jumping. Mine weighs 380 pds. and I am running a +4 swingarm so it isn't just a drag racer.

Crashing at 145! Hope you were leathered up! How much of the bike is left?
