Hey, killefitt sorry haven't responded sooner. The center to center distance on the cvt is 10 inches. That is from the center of the driver to the center of the driven. That dimension can very depending on what clutch your using. I have a comet 102-c clutch which is stock for older ski-doos. I plan to go to a roller secondary, so i can get the backshift just right. On the drive belt, you usually have to use whatever the cvt requires. If clutch calls for a inch and a half belt, you can't use a one and three eights. The cvt then wouldn't shift correctly. ON the bearings for the driven shaft, try to get high rpm bearings. I bought a composite type housing, with chrome plated beraings, thats rated for 9200 rpms. That bearing is for the pass side of the bike. The clutch side i'm using the stock flange bearing from the sled. To mount the bearings to the bike, i'm using 3/16 plate welded to the frame, on both sides. Olan is the creator of aaen performance. He can tell you what ever you want to know about cvt transmissions. As for weight, a 440 rotax twin weighs about 80 lbs, with the clutch on it. I figure my suzuki will weigh around 320 wet weight. THe motor will make about 95 hp when i'm done. The stock 440 rotax makes 82 at the crank. I hope this helps.

Powerfreak, thanks for the info, keep me posted on how that project goes!
I will try a #50 B sprocket, which can be as small as 10 teeth for 1" shaft, and machine the width down a bit to fit a 520 chain. QD sprockets are truer to center and are 12 teeth which I'll try if theres any wobble at all.
