Default fitting a polaris scrambler 400 cyl on a 250r bottom end.

has any one done this? if you go to the oregon dune fest in the duning section of atvconnection.com and look for something called the "hondaris". it doesnt look like he had to relocate the studs. also what piston did he use? a piston from a production big bore kit and he just bored the cylinder? any thoughts on how difficult this would be? how reliable?

Ihave always heard them being called a Polonda. People have been doing this for years.

wow great pictures if this is a fairly straight forward conversion how does a polaris 400 bottom end with a power valve CR500 jug on it sound!!!!

it uses a ktm rod 400 piston add weight to counter balancer and case mods. web site i think is mpracing.com or .net not for sure. ask for steve tell him mark from mad racing sent you. if thats not it let me know i have the # at the store
