Default Cool Head Domes

What size domes do you guys run in your rides equipped with either the ProDesign or Noss Cool Heads? I am buying one, but am unsure of which dome to get. I hear that the 20cc dome is good for trails. I am thinking of getting the 18cc for a little extra compression, but I don't want to go to far. My r is stock other than Boyseen reeds, pipe, and silencer. I will be running 93octane with Amsoil Interceptor oil. (Yes, I know the Interceptor is for exhaust valves and my 250r does not have one, but its cheaper than Arctic Cat APV and I can run all of my 2 strokes on one oil, including my Husqvarna Rancher 55). Any insight you have is greatly appreciated.

with a 18cc dome you'l have to run race gas 110 or up. run the 20cc unless you port.
