MY BRAKES WON'T WORK!!!!!!

You provide little information, ATV_MAN. You do not describe in specific detail the symptoms of your problem or what you've done to diagnose it.
How and when did your brakes fail? Was failure sudden or gradual?
Do you have a Service Manual? Have you pulled the hubs for inspection? What did you observe? Do the slave cylinders operate (I assume you're talking about hydraulically-actuated front brakes)? Do you have "pedal" (lever)? & etc.
I believe Forum readers would help you if they could; there's simply too little to go on.

Well i'm sorry if I didn't give you enough info. If you don't like what I post then don't read it. Mr. Tree Farmer!
They are hydraulic, the lines are not damaged, the shoes don't come out to hit the drums.
I have figured out what's wrong since I typed this post.
I need to bleed the air out of the lines and then they should work....the reason they didn't work before is that the brake fluid was low and their was no pressure.
Enough Info. now Tree Farmer....LOL

ATV_MAN, I cannot tell you how delighted I am you fixed your brakes! That's wonderful! However, I must apologize that neither I, nor any other reader of the Honda forum or this one, was wise enough to advise you of the obvious cause and cure of your problem.
Certainly, we would have advised, "Bleed your brakes!," had we only been sufficiently clairvoyant, remotely visualizing your situation and its remedy.
I feel foolish and inadequate, unable to respond intelligently to your amply-detailed topic, "MY BRAKES WON'T WORK!!!!!" I can only ask for your understanding, assuring you, this won't happen again. I hope you can forgive me for troubling you by asking for additional details I thought might help diagnose your problem and lead to a solution.
How thoughtless and inconsiderate my request for additional information must seem. Merely because no one responded to your question on two topics doesn't mean you provided inadequate detail.
Please let us know the next time something doesn't work on your ATV.
Best wishes,
Tree Farmer

If the process is any way related to hydraulic discs it should be something like this..Pull in and let out the lever 6 or 7 times and on the last pump hold it in.Get a zip tie or something and put it around it to hold it.Somewhere on each drum there should be a small valve. On at a time turn each valve open for a few seconds until a bit of fluid comes out. Then do the other side the same.Start this procedure over again until you have brakes.Notice if both wheels don't actuate at the same time do the lesser one until equal. Now that I think of it there is an adjustment you can do after this if it still doesn't work.Let me know and I will tell you how to do it if you need to.
