Default honda 200cc part mating

ive got a 1984 honda 200 3 wheeler that was bored over (im not sure how much). ive also got a 1987 fourtrax 200sx that needs a good block. can i take the block off the 3 wheeler and put it on the 4 wheeler?

the 4 wheelers body is in great condition, the 3 wheelers is not so hot. are the engines similar enough to make the swap? also needed in the swap is the valves and piston of course. can the old valves and piston be used?

background (if needed): it appears a valve on the 4trax got stuck in the open position. when the piston hit it, it messed up the piston, valve and broke the block. thus, i need a whole new top end. the 3 wheeler was very horrible running since i got it. the frame has been broken and welded back together, the bike wouldnt shift gears properly, and the brakes were missing when i got it. in my untrained eyes, it seems like this simple cross is the best way to have a decent bike for a decent cost.

thoughts, opinions, advice...

I'm not sure exactly what three wheeler you have, but I do know that 200cc Hondas of that age (200x, 200s, 200sx, and FatCat) all look about the same. Just measure everything you can, and if enough measurements are the same, see if it'll bolt together!
