I am planning on putting a web cam .430 lift cam in my 98 Warrior. Does anyone know if I have to have the head milled to clear the taller lobes? I have heard this mentioned in the past about some cam and wonder if this applies to this one as well. I am putting a 12:1 piston in to go with it and dont want any suprises.

Besides relieving the head for the higher excursion of the rockers, you might consider whether the piston top should be relieved for the deeper penetration of the valves . . .

WebCam customer service can probably answer most of your questions.

I got the 390 cam and they had to grind a little in the head so it would turn, it was hitting something as we attempted to spin it manually, so I would bet yours will hit, too.
