Help with Carburator adjustments please!
#1
I removed my two 35mm Keihn Air Strykers and took them into the polisher to get them polished.
When I pulled the carbs off, I turned the air/fuel mixture screws in all the way so the polishing wheel wouldn't catch them. I found that one carb had the air/fuel mixture screw out 2 1/2 turns and the other 3 1/2 turns.
When I reinstall them, shouldn't I turn the air/fuel mixture screws out exactly the same number of turns? Any advice on how many turns they should be out or how do I adjust them so I achieve maximum performance?
Also, how do I adjust the idle screws so they are even and achive maximum performance. Should they also be turned out the exact same number of turns?

Yeah all adjustments should be the same. and the guy probably took out those adjusters you screwed in all the way and then put them back in and put them wherever. so i would adjust them equal at your old settings and the idle screws should be the same to,

I assume you are concerned with the air screw adjustment to the pilot jets. Try 1 1/2 turns out on each screw. Work from that point until you get an acceptable start up idle and acceleration from a standing stop through 1/4 throttle.
