ATV_MAN,
Without knowing what the stock c/s sprocket is, I couldn't say how a 13T would affect your performance. If it would be smaller than stock it would increase the low end considerably but reduce the top end also. It depends on what you want to accomplish. As far as fitting is concerned, check with your Honda dealer. Have the parts dept.look up your bike model to see if Honda offers a 13T c/s sprocket. If they do then it's probably going to fit & you can order it somewhere.

I just found a 13 tooth front sprocket on the dennis kirk page...it will fit my atv.

I want my atv to have mostly more power...I use my atv to pull things sometimes....so do I need a bigger front sprocket or bigger rear sprocket??

What does the "c/s" stand for????

counter shaft, where the front sprocket goes.
For more low end, use a smaller c/s sprocket or a larger rear one.

But isn't a 13 tooth sprocket smaller than a 12Tooth...will a 13 tooth be good for more power??

No, the more teeth, the bigger the circumference. Why don't you email me or call me on Yahoo IM so we don't have to take so long to clear this up?

ATV_Man the 200SX will have no power with a 13tooth sprocket.Don't buy stock chains and sprockets. They are twice the price of aftermarket and don't last that long either.Go to a dealer and order them.I wouldn't even mess with the Honda shop.

Larger front sprocket = more top speed, less acceleration

Smaller front sprocket = more acceleration, less top speed

Opposite for rear:

Larger rear sprocket = more acceleration, less top speed

Smaller rear sprocket = more top speed, less acceleration

if your quad has a stock 12 tooth sprocket a 13 or 14 tooth will give you more speed but less power.
